VCD & DVD burning software

I am looking out for a vcd & dvd movie burning software which once burnd on pc it can be played only on vcd & DVD player and those burnt cd cannot be copied on computer nor the computer should detect in dos these burnt Cds.
please write me the cost of the software and from where to gate this software and how to do the payment

speed of conversions
Compared to other vido softwares the conversion time is a lot greater than most other competitors. So I would not recommend this software to people who are in a hurry or has a low end computer.

Have not copy any vcd with this programe. Maybe I do not know how to use. Maybe you can let me know the simple step of how to copy a vcd. Thanks.
